The lot itself in the beginning we felt was on the steep side but the Westerly View to the Ocean was ever so Spectacular to give up on. After a few weeks of due diligence working with an AMAZING ARCHITECT, she determined what our clients could do with the existing home to turn it into their future dreams!!!
