After selling our cute little cottage at 3621 Sunset Lane, we now also just sold ANOTHER CUTE LITTLE COTTAGE at 3369 Radcliffe. Westmount and West Bay has become such a high demand area. Close the beach, close to Dundarave, great schools for families and especially a fantastic local community. The new family moving in are so excited as the walk to the seawall down through Procter, Park Lane and Bellevue are one of the many reasons why they bought!!!
